My Story
My nickname is Pop. When I was a student abroad, I used to be skinny and tired easily. I didn't socialize with anyone except those I was close to. But I liked sports because I felt like I could release my energy. I was often bullied by people of many nationalities. Until one day, there was a conflict between a group of Thais and a group of Koreans. A fight was about to happen. I decided that I had to prepare myself to be stronger and be able to protect myself. So I started to pay attention to increasing my physical strength.
My first time lifting weights in the gym was just a preparation for the fight, but the results were bigger than I thought. Not only did my body get stronger, my muscles gradually changed, and my body became more toned. I also felt my spirit lifted. It helped me to eliminate toxic things in my life, whether it was the people around me or unhealthy lifestyles.
By experimenting with different diets and supplements, practicing exercises that work for me, and finding a rhythm that works best for my muscles, I’ve learned that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution for everyone. It’s all about making the right adjustments for you.
The best thing about this change is that I can now do things that I thought were impossible, like carrying heavy objects or lifting large buckets of water with ease. It's a really good feeling.
“YesPop” This word came from my foreign friends who saw my immense energy and large body structure, which made them trust me to advise them on exercise. Many times, my friends said that it was really true.
